JASON MARSHALL

Jason has been training in the Martial Arts for over 21 years. He has a 4th Dan Black Belt in Karate and Kickboxing, as well as a Purple Belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu and has been coaching for over 18 years.

Jason has competed in 2 full contact MMA fights.

He is currently still training in Karate and Kickboxing, as well Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and is a senior Instructor with EWF.

HELEN MARSHALL

Helen has been training in the Martial Arts for over 21 years.

She has a 4th Dan Black Belt in Karate and Kickboxing, as well as a Purple Belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and she also started coaching over 18 years ago.
